We're able to provide value that exceeds expectations because we go where our clients' needs lead us; our strong foundation in post-foreclosure law gives us a background that separates us from a traditional REO outsourcer, allowing us to drive value back into our client's pocket; and by leveraging this same foundation of legal experience, we're able to develop management systems that reflect how the occupied REO lifecycle actually works.

We’re a law firm.
As a professional law corporation, we’ve developed formal relationships with most of the major law firms in the nation that provide post-foreclosure legal services. In this industry, everyone claims to have access to a network of attorneys; usually, this takes the form of a simple referral network. As legal peers, however, we work with local counsel in a one-of-a-kind collaborative environment that goes far beyond just assigning a file and asking for status – something almost no other firm in the REO industry can claim to do.

We’re not an outsourcer.
The lawyer-client relationship is very different from that of a vendor-supplier: legal ethics bind us to our clients' best interests, and nothing else. Traditional outsourcing usually involves accepting a loss of operational control, and our clients are never forced to make that tradeoff. As lawyers, we aren’t particularly interested in assuming operational control from our clients; instead, the value we provide is tied directly into making our clients’ more effective than ever before.

We’re proud to offer our clients Symphony, the first cross-functional web application designed to manage the recovery of occupied assets. Feature-rich and user-focused, Symphony manages information seamlessly and dynamically, utilizing data-driven business intelligence to provide critical management insight that is missing from traditional default and REO systems. We’ve worked directly with many of our clients to integrate Symphony directly into existing enterprise information systems, automating workflow and process management.
