The value we provide clients is as unique as each of their needs: some seek to improve the transparency and management of their REO legal processes; some are looking for centralized management and control over the occupied REO legal landscape; others are looking to better identify and manage the legal risks and costs associated with servicing occupied REO; still others are interested in avoiding negative PR; and there's those who want all of the above.

Because our firm does not process foreclosure work, and is not affiliated with any foreclosure trustee, we are able to focus directly on our clients' occupied REO legal issues, independent of any foreclosure-related biases. By leveraging our foundation of focused legal experience, we're also able to develop and offer to our clients innovative management systems that reflect how the occupied REO lifecycle actually works - rather than vice versa.

We’re a law firm.
As a professional law corporation, we’ve developed formal relationships with most of the major law firms in the nation that provide post-foreclosure legal services. In this industry, everyone claims to have access to a network of attorneys; usually, this takes the form of a simple referral network. As legal peers, however, we work with local counsel in a collaborative co-counsel environment that goes far beyond just assigning a file - and which gives our clients one point of contact with nationwide reach for their occupied REO issues.

We’re not an outsourcer, and we're not a vendor.
The lawyer-client relationship is very different from that of a vendor-supplier: legal ethics bind us to our clients' best interests. Traditional outsourcing usually involves accepting a loss of operational control, and our clients are never forced to make that tradeoff. As lawyers, we aren’t particularly interested in assuming operational or business control from our clients; instead, the value we provide is tied directly into making our clients more effective and better-informed than ever before.

We’re proud to offer our clients Symphony, an innovative web application designed to manage the the occupied REO lifecycle as it actually exists - because it was built by an attorney with nearly a decade of experience doing the work. Feature-rich and user-focused, Symphony manages information seamlessly and dynamically, utilizing data-driven business intelligence to provide critical management insight on occupied REO legal processes that is often missing from traditional default and REO systems. We’ve worked directly with many of our clients to integrate Symphony directly into existing enterprise information systems, automating workflow and process management.
