Where is OnDemand? I can't seem to find it.
Symphony has replaced the OnDemand system. If you
are a J&A
client, associated co-counsel, or a broker, you will
need to use Symphony to
report any information on files managed by Jackson & Associates. Your user name
and password are different than what they were for OnDemand, so please contact
us if you have
not received your new login information.
Do I have to be a J&A client in order to use Symphony?
Yes. Symphony's innovative business intelligence is driven on the back-end by
the industry's largest post-foreclosure database, more than half a million data
points in size, that is managed and maintained by Jackson & Associates.
How much does Symphony cost?
If you're a J&A client, nothing. Symphony is bundled at no additional charge
with the post-foreclosure legal and and advisory services Jackson
& Associated provides to its clients.
Don't other software programs do this, too?
Not even close. Anyone can (and does) offer eviction tracking and case management
software - but it takes a platform developed with the industry's best business
intelligence and post-foreclosure legal expertise to develop a complete process
management solution that actually drives down costs, saves time, and increases
productivity.
How secure is Symphony?
Very secure. We use industry-standard encryption and password management
techniques, along with the highest grade of hardware protection, to ensure the
utmost security of all of the data inside Symphony.
All core data is stored in a secured database, not on our public webserver. More
information about our security policies are available by contacting us.
