J&A HOME: SYMPHONY™: frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions (FAQ).

Answers to frequently asked questions are provided here. If you don't see an answer to your question below, please feel free to contact us.

Do I have to be a J&A client in order to use Symphony?
Yes. Symphony's innovative and proprietary business intelligence is driven on the back-end by one of the industry's largest post-foreclosure eviction databases, managed and maintained by Jackson & Associates.

How much does Symphony cost?
If you're a J&A client, nothing. Symphony is bundled at no additional charge with the post-foreclosure legal and and advisory services Jackson & Associates provides to its clients.

Don't other software programs do this, too?
We don't think so. Anyone can (and does) offer eviction tracking and case management software - but it takes a platform designed specifically for occupied REO, using proprietary and patent-pending business intelligence, and leveraged from a history of post-foreclosure legal experience, to develop a complete legal process management solution that manages expenses, tracks and controls time, coordinates and streamlines communication, and increases productivity.

How secure is Symphony?
Very secure. We use industry-standard encryption and password management techniques, along with the highest grade of hardware protection, to ensure the utmost security of all of the data inside Symphony. All core data is stored in a secured database, not on our public webserver. More information about our security policies are available by contacting us.
