IRVINE, CA - April 22, 2005 - Jackson & Associates, Inc., a
provider of legal services and nationwide legal process management
to the real estate owned (REO) industry, announced today that attorney
and industry veteran Scott Jackson has been promoted to the position
of Senior Vice President. He will be responsible for overseeing post-foreclosure
bankruptcy matters nationwide, while also providing guidance in other
areas of the firm’s legal process management practice. Scott will
continue to manage the firm’s various technology-related initiatives,
and will report directly to President and Senior Managing Attorney
Robert J. Jackson.

Scott was responsible for leading the design and development of Jackson & Associates’ flagship
Symphony web services platform for occupied REO, launched in December 2004. He
earned his Juris Doctorate at the University of Southern California’s Law
Center, where he graduated in the top half of his class, and is admitted to the
California Bar. In addition to his advanced law degree, Scott also holds a BA
in Economics from the University of Southern California, where he graduated magna
cum laude.
