Augmenting our practice in post-foreclosure legal process management, we offer the capability to manage our clients' occupied assets from eviction assignment all the way to vacancy: this includes managing cash for keys, and ensuring regular vacancy checks by a client-assigned REO broker. Depending on client preference, our end-to-end management services can actually place occupied assets completely outside of REO, so that the asset isn't put into an REO shop until it is vacant and ready to be marketed.
