J&A HOME: ABOUT US: community efforts

A human and a humane enterprise.

Our efforts to revolutionize occupied REO management mean always realizing that what we do has a very real impact on the lives of others.

A defaulted loan isn’t the goal of either the lender or the borrower, but when default does occur, limiting the losses associated with recovery is in everyone’s best interest. Our firm’s activities play an important role in helping to ensure the liquidity of capital available to the subprime and other mortgage markets; by lowering the severity of loss associated with defaulted properties, we help subprime and other borrowers gain access to the financing they need to achieve the American Dream.

We're doing our part.

We’re involved in giving back to communities we serve, including financial support for the following organizations:

  • The Los Angeles Mission - a nonprofit organization serving the homeless living on the streets of downtown’s Hope Central (known as Skid Row). Faithfully, for over 50 years, the Mission has saved many lives and has had a profound impact on thousands of others by providing compassionate, humanitarian services to those in desperate need.
  • The American Legion – the American Legion is the world's largest veterans community-service organization in the world, and provides humanitarian assistance to thousands of veterans in need throughout the year.
